Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment, Payment & Refund Policy

All services with Apex Compliance Inc are prepaid at the time of booking.

No service will be scheduled or performed without full payment.

Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved for each client, all sales are final once an appointment is scheduled.

• If Apex Compliance Inc cancels an appointment, a full refund will be issued
• No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable
• If a client arrives but is unable or unwilling to complete the service, no refund will be issued
• Rescheduling requests may be considered with advance notice and are subject to availability

Apex Compliance Inc reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.

2. Service Attempt & Mobile Dispatch Policy

• Once a technician is dispatched or arrives at the scheduled location, the service is considered attempted and fulfilled for billing purposes
• Payment will not be refunded if the client:
   
  • Is not present
  • Fails to answer
  • Provides incorrect location details
  • Is unprepared for service
  • Does not have valid identification

This applies regardless of whether testing is completed.

3. Client Readiness Requirement

Clients must be fully prepared at the time of service.

Failure to meet requirements, including but not limited to:

• Valid government-issued ID
• Required participants (DNA testing)
• Ability to provide a specimen

Will result in cancellation without refund.

4. Drug Testing Policy

Clients must comply with all testing procedures.

The following will result in immediate cancellation with no refund:

• Refusal to test
• Inability to provide a specimen
• Tampering or suspected tampering
• Failure to follow collector instructions

5. DNA Testing Procedures

• All parties must present valid identification
• Legal DNA testing requires strict chain-of-custody procedures
• All required parties must be present unless otherwise arranged

Separate collections or missed participants may:

• Require additional appointments
• Result in additional fees

Failure to meet DNA testing requirements may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Mobile Services

Mobile services are provided for convenience and are subject to:

• Travel and service fees
• Accurate location details at booking
• A safe and appropriate environment for testing

Apex Compliance Inc reserves the right to decline or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable.

7. After-Hours & Emergency Services

• Are subject to availability
• Require prepayment
• May include premium pricing

Once scheduled, these services are non-refundable.

8. Client Conduct

Apex Compliance Inc maintains a professional and safe environment.

Service may be refused or terminated without refund for:

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior
• Abusive or inappropriate language
• Non-compliance with procedures

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Failure to do so may:

• Delay service
• Prevent completion
• Result in forfeiture of payment

10. Confidentiality

Apex Compliance Inc is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and test results in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

Information will only be released:

• As required by law
• To authorized parties
• With proper consent

11. Third-Party Services

Testing services may involve third-party laboratories.

Apex Compliance Inc is not responsible for:

• Processing times
• Delays
• Laboratory results or outcomes

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Compliance Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Policy Updates

Apex Compliance Inc reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

14. Agreement

By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
